How Long Does The Coverage Last?

The warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase by the original purchaser and will end if the product is sold or transferred. Additionally, any repair work done under the warranty will not extend the duration of the warranty period. We offer a five-year warranty for all Medic Grow LEDs from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

Defective Merchandise.

All defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired under Medic Grow LED's warranty.

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase, we will repair or replace it. This warranty covers normal wear and tear. If any part required for repair or replacement is no longer available or manufactured, we will replace it with a functionally-equivalent replacement part.


What is Not Covered?

Medic Grow shall NOT be responsible for the costs of repairing or replacing a product in the following circumstances:

  1. Faults and accidental damage caused by negligent use or care, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product which is not in accordance with the Medic Grow Instruction Manuals.
  2. Use of the parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Medic Grow.
  3. Use of parts or accessories other than those produced or recommended by Medic Grow.
  4. External uncontrollable factors such as uncontrollable damage or weather.
  5. Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Medic Grow or its authorized agents.
  6. Lot numbers defaced or missing.

Medic Grow warrants the mechanical and electronic components of all Medic Grow LEDs to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. If your product shows any defects within this period and that defect is not due to user error or improper use, we will either replace or repair the product using suitable new or refurbished parts, at our discretion. If we decide to replace the entire product, this limited warranty shall apply to the replacement product for the remaining initial warranty period, i.e. five (5) years from the date of purchase of the original product.

Medic Grow will accept NEW product back for credit up to 30 days from the date of invoice. Product must be un-opened, in original packing. No returns after 30 days.


What about Damaged Returns

We endeavor to ensure your package arrives to you safe and intact. Occasionally however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. In such cases we will make every effort to obtain your replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. In order to satisfy our insurer, damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If damage does occur, please review our policies below for receiving and returning damaged items:

Outside Damage to Package Only

If you receive a package with obvious damage to the outside of the box or packaging but believe the item inside is intact, please make written note of this with the courier when signing for your package. If no mention is made of external damage, we cannot be responsible for any product damage and will not accept a return or issue a refund.

Damage to Package and Contents

If a package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the item. It will then be returned to the place of origin. Please notify us immediately if this occurs and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Original product lead times may apply on the replacement product.

Damage to Contents Only

Please contact us immediately if your intact package is found to hold damaged contents, DO NOT throw away the original packaging.

Speak with one of our Lighting Experts to troubleshoot your product to initiate warranty exchange or refund.

Please provide:

1.Your original order number if order online, your name.

2.The product video and picture you are returning.

3.The product Lot No.(17 characters).

4.Items purchased in store must be returned in store.


Return your defective items

If after troubleshooting your item(s), it is deemed by our Lighting Experts to be "defective/non-working", we‘ll offer you a return label to ship the defective item(s) back to our selected warehouse. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund or send you a replacement as soon as possible.


We quickly process your claim

As soon as we receive your item(s), we will inspect and test them within one business day. If we find that the item(s) is defective, we will promptly process a repair, replacement, or refund within 3-5 working days. We will cover the shipping costs for any replacement items that need to be sent back to you.

However, if we determine that the item(s) is in good working condition, then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We kindly ask for your cooperation during the initial troubleshooting phase, as this can help us eliminate potential costs associated with returning non-defective items
